The Codeblack Store’s affiliate program is designed to offer select strategic partners the ability to generate revenue through the
generation of traffic to the Codeblack Store that turns into actual transactions.
Each partner may select one or more Products to list on their site using a variety of formats, such as a “Codeblack Store Recommends”
text link format, graphical link format or "product preview" link format.
For a Product sale to be eligible to earn a referral fee, the customer must click-through a Special Link on your site to the Codeblack
Store site and during a single session, add the Product to his or her shopping cart, purchase the Product and the product must be
shipped.
Each partner will earn 4% - 8% of “qualifying revenues” (revenues derived by us from customers as a result of sales of Qualified
Product units sold during sessions initiated through Special Links on your site, excluding costs for shipping, handling, gift-wrapping,
taxes separately stated and charged to the customer, service charges, rebates, credit card processing fees, returns and bad debt).

Affiliate Submission Process
To submit your request to become an Affiliate partner of the Codeblack Store please provide the
following information in an email to: businessdev@codeblackstore.com.
Unless otherwise noted, the following items are mandatory for review of any submissions:
- Company Bio
- Business Address
- Website URL
- Weekly Traffic (unique visitors)
- Website’s Target Demographic
